Custom sanitize function does not work when field is within a group.

Hi there. After some hours of testing why my custom sanitize function was not working properly, I notice that it does not work when the field is within a group. For example, you have helped me previously with a date_time field and we sanitized the field to save the month, day, year and time options to a time() format. This works great as long as the data_time field is not within a group. Once I add it to a group, it cannot find the custom function. Any possible fix for this? Thanks.

Hi,

Yes right, It doesn't work within a "group" because group/repeater unlimited type, I mean can be added unlimited sub groups and it's complex to control. But still there is a way you can put "sanitize" function on main "group" field then control subfields values.
